TransCasting is a live multi-feed video mixing engine — first documented in 1999, built for 2027. It receives live feeds from any source, enables real-time mixing with crossfading and AI assistance, and distributes the composed output worldwide.
How is it different from OBS?
OBS is a desktop app for individual streamers. TransCasting is platform infrastructure — multiple rooms, multiple operators, user roles, moderation, social features, and multi-platform output. It's the engine for an entire streaming platform.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The mixing console runs in Chrome or Edge. Feed creators go live from their phone browser. Viewers watch in any browser. No downloads, no plugins.
What is a Clubmaster?
A Clubmaster runs a live channel on your platform. They use the mixing console to select feeds, crossfade between them, and produce one composed output. The title is earned through a progression system.
Is my data isolated?
Yes. Every tenant gets a completely separate PostgreSQL database. No shared tables. No cross-tenant access.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Pro tier and above. Custom domain with automatic SSL. Enterprise tier removes TransCasting branding entirely.
What technology does it use?
